1. Definitions

"Customer" refers to an individual who books a transfer service through our website or by telephone. Upon confirmation of the reservation by Taxi Rehman, the customer enters into a binding contractual relationship. The customer must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for accurately providing all information during the booking process and for full payment of all fees.

"Passenger" denotes the individual whose name is specified in the reservation. The passenger may also be the customer, but this is not required. The passenger must be at least 18 years old.

"Service" denotes a premium vehicle transfer between a point of origin and destination, provided with a professional chauffeur.

"Confirmation" is a document validating the reservation, containing all booking details, sent to you via email after successful payment.

"Company" refers to Taxi Rehman, headquartered in Schleinikon, Switzerland.

Taxi Swiss operated by Taxi Rehman provides premium executive transfer services in Switzerland using professional, licensed chauffeurs and Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We operate exclusively through our website taxiswiss.eu.

3. Booking Procedure

By completing the booking form on our website and proceeding to payment, you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent to you.

Upon receiving the confirmation, it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all booking details. We recommend retaining a copy of your confirmation for the duration of your transfer.

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute transfers, please contact us directly by phone.

4. Nature and Scope of Service

Taxi Swiss provides point-to-point transfer services within Switzerland and to neighbouring countries. All transfers are performed by professional, licensed chauffeurs in premium Mercedes-Benz S-Class or V-Class vehicles.

While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled times, all stated durations are estimates. We cannot guarantee exact routes due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.

The vehicles shown on our website are representative. We reserve the right to assign an equivalent or superior vehicle without prior notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is processed securely online via Stripe at the time of booking. The price displayed at checkout is the final price — no additional charges apply unless extras are added after confirmation.

Fixed route prices are as listed on the booking platform. Custom route prices are calculated based on distance using our standard rate structure.

6. Extras

Child seats and booster seats are available upon request and must be selected at the time of booking. Taxi Swiss complies with Swiss road traffic regulations regarding child restraint systems. We cannot be held liable if children require car seats of different sizes than those provided for their stated age.

Extra luggage (ski bags, golf bags, oversized items) must be declared during booking under "Extra Cargo" to ensure an appropriate vehicle is assigned.

7. Passenger Count and Luggage

When booking, it is essential to select the correct number of passengers:

  • Mercedes S-Class: maximum 4 passengers (3 for maximum comfort)
  • Mercedes V-Class: maximum 7 passengers

Should the number of passengers or volume of luggage exceed the capacity of the selected vehicle, please contact us immediately. We will arrange an appropriate vehicle at the applicable rate.

8. Waiting Time

Our chauffeur will be at the designated pickup location at the confirmed transfer time. The following waiting periods are included at no additional charge:

  • Airport pickups: 60 minutes from the actual landing time
  • All other pickups: 15 minutes from the confirmed pickup time

For flight pickups, our chauffeur monitors flight arrival times and adjusts accordingly. In the event of flight delays, waiting time is extended to match the new landing time at no extra cost.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refunded.
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup may be charged up to 50% of the booking value.
  • No-show: If the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location within the included waiting period without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.

To cancel a booking, please contact us at sheikhkaleemurrehman@gmail.com or by phone, quoting your booking reference number. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.

10. No-Show Policy

A passenger is considered a no-show if they fail to appear at the designated pickup location by the end of the included waiting period and have not contacted us by phone or email.

In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued. For return transfers, failure to confirm the return service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in cancellation without refund.

11. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate pickup location and contact details
  • Being available at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Informing us promptly of any flight delays or itinerary changes
  • Treating the vehicle and chauffeur with respect
  • Ensuring luggage does not exceed the vehicle's stated capacity

12. Passenger Behaviour

Taxi Swiss reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to passengers whose behaviour poses a risk to the safety of the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged to that passenger based on repair invoices.

13. Force Majeure

Taxi Swiss shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, severe weather, road closures, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you promptly and arrange an alternative solution where possible.

14. Liability

Taxi Swiss operates fully licensed and insured vehicles. Our liability for damages arising from the performance of our services is governed by Swiss law.

Passengers are responsible for the safety of their own luggage. Taxi Swiss is not liable for loss or damage to passenger belongings unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

15. Changes to Bookings

All requests to modify a confirmed booking must be submitted by contacting our support team directly. Changes are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment. An updated confirmation will be issued upon approval.

Requests for changes within 24 hours of the transfer time are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed.

16. Disputes and Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 10 days of service completion to sheikhkaleemurrehman@gmail.com. We commit to responding within 30 days of receipt.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available at taxiswiss.eu/terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
